Questwell has a very aggressive pay structure! Starting pay: $11.00 an hour, after training and orientation you go to $12.00 an hour; then after 90 days probation period you go up another $1.00. You are given a, "be able to do goal list," with milestones that say you get another $1.00 raise after each milestone is achieved.
(Note: If you can use Google Calendar, Microsoft Office Suite and have a BA or BS in a related field, have a CESP or ACRE Certification or You have all of the OK DRS required OSU NCDET your starting pay is higher.)
No Job Coaching work experience needed, but you must be at least 21 years old.
Excellent paid training program.
Variable hours -No guarantee of hours, some weeks you may not work at all and then some weeks you could work 25 hours. This will always be only a p-t job. Please only apply if you want p-t work. F-T positions are rare.
Not required but sometimes overnight shifts are available, again this is not required work.
(Overnight shifts receive more pay per hour more for that shift 9pm to 6am)
Required Personal Characteristics:
#1 You need a heart for working with persons who have cognitive disabilities
-Must be reliable ALWAYS SHOW UP for work. (24 hour call in notice or documentation of the emergency because a no show, no call could leave a vulnerable mentee alone without assistance.)
-Must be able to pass a background check and have No criminal background.
-Must have a valid driver’s license and have a reliable car with auto insurance.
-Must be willing to be trained to do the job Questwell's way.
-You will need to provide three personal and three employment references.
